Carbaholic?

You are not a carbaholic. You like carbs, but you can survive without them. How you talk to yourself or about yourself is so important.

Start by saying aloud: I like carbs but I am giving my body a break from carbs for a while. I am going to feed my body the protein it needs in order to get healthy.

Honestly it will not take very long begore you stop focusing on carbs.
