Whooo hooooo! Another 1/2 lb gone!

How many times each week should I weigh in? I was a little reluctant to do so this morning, but I was also excited & hopeful that I'd see a few more pounds gone. I was a little disappointed to see that it was only 1/2 lb - BUT then I got to thinking that 1/2 lb is better than nothing, and way way better than gaining. And so 196 lb it is.


I love having shakes for lunch especially when I am running around with kids. Today in WalMart I found a small bottle of Da Vinci KAHLUA® Flavored Sugar Free Syrup. I added about 1T syrup to 1 scoop of Jay Robb Egg White Vanilla Shake, about 6 oz water and about 8 large ice cubes. Way better than Starbucks, way cheaper too! Oh and yes... way fewer carbs! YUM!
